WHAT WE OFFER
PRESCHOOL CLASSES
Ages: Walking-5 years
30-50 minutes
Preschool gymnastics is the ideal activity for your little one. The skills they acquire through preschool gymnastics will serve as a valuable asset in any sport they pursue as they grow older. It lays a fantastic foundation for their physical development.
Our classes are tailored to meet the unique needs of each age group, all while creating an enjoyable learning atmosphere. Through music and movement, your preschool gymnast will have a wonderful time!
GYMNASTICS
Ages 5+
55 - 90 minutes
We are committed to delivering exceptional gymnastics classes for children of all ages and skill levels. Our experienced and certified instructors foster a safe and supportive atmosphere, allowing your child to enhance their gymnastics abilities while boosting their confidence. Regardless of whether your gymnast is just starting out or already advanced, our thorough program guarantees they receive the individual attention necessary for their success. If you're looking for more than just recreational classes, don't hesitate to inquire about our team programs.
NINJA
Ages 3+ years
45-55 minutes
The Ninja program is dedicated to enhancing every child's muscular strength and overall fitness. Through the use of obstacle courses and fitness skill stations, students remain actively engaged in enjoyable and challenging activities. The program centers on four essential skill themes: Swinging, Climbing, Jumping/Landing, and Rolling, all of which are seamlessly integrated into each class alongside balance and agility challenges. Students will consistently strive to increase their fitness and strength while mastering exciting new Ninja skills.
DANCE + GYMNASTICS COMBO
Ages 3+
55 minutes
*Cumming & Johns Creek Locations Only
Combo classes offer a distinctive experience, allowing students to engage in multiple activities within a single session. Each class lasts 55 minutes, with equal time allocated to both activities. Available for children starting at the age of 3, these classes introduce a variety of dance styles, such as ballet, contemporary, jazz, and hip hop. Students will have the opportunity to explore both dance and gymnastics during the same 55-minute class.
CAMPS
Ages 3+ years
Are you searching for an enjoyable and energetic way to keep your kids engaged during their day(s) off from school? Our School’s Out & Summer Camps are the ideal answer! Available at all our locations and tailored for children ages 3-12, these camps are brimming with excitement.
We’ll ensure your kids stay active, entertained, and smiling all day long. Let us make their school break a memorable one!
BIRTHDAY PARTIES

Would you like your child to shine like a superstar among their friends without the hassle of cleanup? Your child and guests will enjoy not just the trampoline and bounce house, but also race through our floor obstacle course and navigate our thrilling ninja course by jumping, climbing, and swinging! We host stress-free parties that include gym time (fully supervised by trained coaches) along with a private party room for refreshments and presents. Our 5 star party hosts will do the work while you relax and enjoy your child's special day!
