Move through a series of mat Pilates movements, focused on strengthening your core. The class will also incorporate basic yoga practices to strengthen and stretch the body.

Sculpt
Get a total body workout in 1 hour. The class targets all major muscle groups so you can see quick results using lightweight dumbbells.
