The Ninja program focuses on improving each child’s muscular strength and fitness levels. By utilizing obstacle courses and fitness skill stations, each student stays actively engaged in fun, challenging activities. The Ninja program focuses on 4 core skill theme areas -
Swinging,
Climbing,
Jumping and Landing, and
Rolling. These skill theme areas are incorporated into each class as well as balance and agility challenges. Our Ninja program is an amazing way for all students to feel challenged and enjoy success. Students will continuously work toward improving their fitness and strength levels while practicing awesome new Ninja skills.
Ages 4-6 years

Basic gymnastics is a great place for your athlete to get started. Athletes will learn how to properly use all of the gymnastics equipment.
Ages 5-7 years

Beginner gymnastics is a great place for your athlete to get started. Athletes will learn how to properly use all of the gymnastics equipment.
Ages 7-11 years

Intermediate gymnastics is a great place for your athlete to continue to develop their gymnastics skills. Class time is spent working on intermediate skills on bars, beam, floor, and vault/trampoline.
